Chandrashekhar believes in earning clients’ trust through consistent, positive actions and experiences. This approach has been fundamental to IndiTech’s strategy, which initially started with servicing existing systems and resolving valve issues, thereby establishing a solid market presence.
At present, he is spearheading projects at the IndiTech Innovation Centre in Hubli, focusing on developing specialised software for valve calculations. His aspiration for IndiTech is to build a world-class company, products & team.
He is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers, ensuring they build a strong base in their field. In his downtime, Chandrashekhar enjoys reading, listening to music, and exploring new places. He is also deeply involved in philanthropic activities, supporting causes close to his heart.
