State-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility

Our Alandi factory, located about 25 kms from Pune, features a well equipped setup and meticulously planned layout that enables us to manufacture with precision & speed. The CNC machine operates with precision, crafting complex parts with high accuracy. We bring strength and durability into every product through precision welding and stelliting. All our finished products are engraved with unique identification numbers using the advanced marking machine. Our facility includes a paint booth, ensuring superior finishes that align with industry standards.

We use the latest tools for quality assurance and control. Our QR code system maintains meticulous tracking of components throughout the manufacturing process. The digital vernier height gauge ensures accurate dimensions, while the surface roughness testing machine verifies the ideal surface finish for long-term reliability. The comprehensive valve hydro & seat leakage test facility subjects our products to stringent pressure and integrity checks, assuring durability. Functional testing of each control valve is performed using a loop calibrator.
